Our most common, high volume production sheet size is a precision cast 39.37" x157.48 ''（1000mmx4000mm）.Thickness range is 1/16''-5/8'' (tolerance ±0.04''). Because of our unique high-volume production setup, we can offer very competitive pricing on polyurethane sheets that are 39.37“ x 157.48” (1000mm x 4000mm) or a fraction of that size. 

We have open cast polyurethane sheet molds that allow us to manufacture sheets of any thickness up to 600'' long (up to 19'' wide) and up to 67'' wide (up to 157'' long).
