Our Nylon 6 tubes are manufactured from high-quality polyamide 6 (PA 6) granules through precision extrusion processes. Known for their excellent mechanical strength, high rigidity, and outstanding wear resistance, Nylon 6 tubes also offer good chemical resistance. However, they have a relatively higher water absorption rate compared to other polyamide tubes, which may affect dimensional stability in humid environments.

Mainly used in pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, automotive industries, and mechanical engineering where high strength and durability are required.

PA6 tubes provide excellent abrasion resistance and mechanical strength, making them ideal for high-pressure and high-load applications. Their flexibility allows easy installation, though they may absorb moisture which could affect long-term dimensional stability.
